Coraline and buttons

I finally saw Coraline this past weekend. I lamented over the fact that I couldn't see it in 3-D because of some Jonas Brothers movie that's apparently showing in 3-D right now, but I sat down to outrageously-priced $11.50 buttered popcorn that my friend bought and enjoyed the fantastic visuals directed by Henry Selick and based on the book by Neil Gaiman.

Everyone made fun of me for wanting to see it because it was a "kiddie" movie, but a good movie doesn't require an R rating. Interestingly enough, I stumbled upon an article about Coraline's wardrobe -- she might be made of silicon, but her clothes are custom made. Heck, Nike even created a pair of sneakers with buttons inspired by Coraline.
