I couldn't have been the only geek who made fancy AOL Instant Messenger profiles. I don't use AOL Instant Messenger anymore, but back in freshman and sophomore year, I had some embarrassingly cute-looking profiles:
Then, my computer crashed and I started chatting on Google Talk -- where you can't make fancy profiles (and that might be a good thing).
